Police have issued an appeal to identify a woman following reports of fraud in Helston.

A number of transactions were made from an elderly victims card from the 7th-17th of August.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"On Friday 7th August an elderly victim gave his bank card to a man who was due to complete works on the victim's house.

"The bank card was used to make a number of unrelated transactions and was then returned to the victim.

"Police would like to speak to the woman pictured as she may have information vital to the investigation."

Anyone who recognises the woman or has any information about the incident is asked to contact police via [email protected] or by calling 101 quoting CR/068292/20.
