Helston Rugby Club has said it could press charges following another incident of vandalism on club grounds.

Club staff turned up on Saturday morning in preparation for a youth team game and found broken glass and litter over the pitch and dugouts.

Back at the end of June, the club experienced the same situation when litter was dropped across the field and glass smashed on the club patio.

Helston RFC Chairman Jason Bardell said:

"Please can we ask you to stop your child/adolescent from doing this.

"As a father of four, I am aware of what my children were up to, where they were and what time they came home. Please pay attention to yours, who are doing this.

"This can not continue and we will press charges."
