An incident in St Keverne, near Zoar Garage is ongoing this evening after a serious crash involving two vehicles.

A heavy emergency services presence was reported near the garage just after 3:30pm, with people being turned around and road closures at Traboe Cross and at the Lenarth turn-off.

Emergency services remain at the scene, the extent of any injuries has not currently been confirmed.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police added:

"We were called by the ambulance service with reports of a serious collision involving two cars on the B3293, near to Zoar Garage, at around 3pm.

"Emergency services are at the scene. The extent of any injuries has not currently been confirmed and the incident is ongoing. Motorists are advised to avoid the area."

The road is expected to be closed for some time.
