Around £10,000 has been raised to support a local family following a devastating house fire in Ruan Minor.
Mum of six Lisa Williams shared an emotional thankyou online to the community after losing everything.
The family managed to escape the blaze in Ruan Minor with just the clothes on their backs.
On scene, a three-storey building could be seen engulfed in flames. Despite their efforts, the building was consumed by the fire.
Following the incident, a fundraiser was set up that has raised over £10,500 in a matter of days. The target is set at £15,000.
Posting on social media, Lisa said she was lost for words to everyone that had donated and offered to help.
She commented:
"I am so grateful to each and every one of you and my amazing friends who have been my absolute rock. As horrific as it was I'm just so relieved that I got everyone out and we are safe. That's the most important thing.
"Honestly from the bottom of my heart, I am eternally grateful to have such amazing friends, family, and the support from people that don't even know me during these challenging times."
The emergency fundraiser was set up by Leigh Yates of The Sparkle Foundation who said they are supporting the family.
