A local artist has released a song educating people on giving CPR, in light of recent events involving footballer Christian Eriksen.

Eriksen, at the peak of his career, suffered a heart attack in front of millions of people, but survived after receiving immediate emergency attention.

Melvina James, Helston, from MJ Productions was asked to write a song with the idea it would help anyone to learn and be able to give CPR. The song she wrote and called 'Here we are – CPR' has now been released.

The song was originally created to assist John Willoughby from another Cornish company namely Fundamental Cornwall CIC, which provides First Aid Training and CPR.

Now, Melvina and her business partner Jo Long want to make the song available for all, they added:

"Show your children, tell your family, friends, teachers, and anyone willing listen to watch and download this video for keepsake. Learn it and share it."

If you would to speak to Melvina and find out more about the song, contact 01326 231919 or [email protected]
