By Joseph Macey 11th Nov 2021

This morning (November 11th), RNAS Culdrose paused to remember those who have lost their lives in conflict.

They paused at 11am today to remember those killed in the world wars and more recent conflicts.

Military personnel of all ranks were joined by civilian staff for a short ceremony of remembrance around the station's flagpole.

Remembrance Day is held on the Sunday closest to Armistice Day, which this year will be on Sunday, November 14th.

Sunday's Helston Remembrance Parade will meet at Trengrouse Way Car Park at 10am. The parade marshall will organise everyone and it will step off at 10:30am making its way down to the Grylls Monument.

The Service of Remembrance will be led by Rev'd Danny Reed and there will be wreath-laying. All are welcome to be part of the service, meet at the bottom Coinagehall Street by 10:30am (there will be road closures in place).
