A Helston-based photographer has exceeded the target of his fundraiser for the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.

Ashley Hampson has been raising money alongside his Front Porch Project, where he takes photos of families around Helston during his one hour of exercise.

After seeing that some people wanted to pay him for his work, he decided that he didn't want to make a profit from the project.

Ashley decided that instead, he would prefer the money to go to the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.

"I'm sure we can all agree how important this is right now and it would be great to help out our frontline workers," he wrote on his fundraiser page.

The fundraiser is currently sitting on a total of £1,030 with 85 people donating.

Ashley continues to take photos of families around Helston for free, all of which are put onto his social media page for people to tag themselves.

The fundraiser is still active and you can find out more about it on Ashley Hampson Photography's Facebook page.
