Helston Athletic is putting together plans for a new million-pound 3G facility at Kellaway Park.

If it goes ahead, the plans will see a full-sized floodlight all weather pitch at Kellaway Park.

In support of a business case submission, the club is seeking 'Expressions of Interest' from organisations, groups, schools, colleges, sports clubs, and businesses that would be interested in hiring the facility on a regular basis.

Helston AFC, said in a statement:

"The club is working with the Football Association in support of securing a £500,000 grant towards the project, however, if there is any business or organisation that would be able to offer any match funding to help provide such an important, all year round, facility for the health and wellbeing of our community, it would be great to hear from you."

For further details, or submission of an expression of interest, email [email protected] or call 07740 812555.
