Helston residents are set to have the final opportunity to have a say on the Hospital Cross development with the consultation to finish early next week.
Parsonage Developments is seeking to develop the land for commercial, service and business use.
This includes the delivery of an Aldi food store, a Range home and leisure store with an associated garden centre and McDonald's drive-thru restaurant.
A feedback form is available for residents with the last chance to submit one coming on the 25th January.

The consultation reads:
"Directly associated with the delivery of the development is the former Class E Budgens retail store and associated car parking area within Helston Town Centre which Parsonage Developments owns.
"The intention is to change its use to a community facility for public use. The change of use of the former Budgens is dependent upon the delivery of the retail park to ensure loss and gain of comparison and convenience shopping floorspace within Helston.
"Pre-application advice was sought from Cornwall Council in September 2020 to help better understand the matters associated with the development as well their potential impacts, particularly with respect to highways and transport and upon Helston Town Centre.
"Discussions have also been held with Helston Town Council regarding the development proposals and use of the former Budgens as well as RNAS Culdrose with respect to the potential impacts upon its land and operations."
Don't forget, you can carry on the conversation with us on our Twitter and Facebook page.
