After over two years of searching Your Voice will open the doors to its own space in Helston this weekend.

Established in 2019 by Natasha Long, Your Voice is an organisation that supports women's mental health in Cornwall.

The charity has faced a battle to find a shop but Natasha says everyone is "so excited" to finally open on Saturday (4th).

Now based at The Closet on Wendron Street, Your Voice's pop-up shop will be open from 10am, made better with free parking for Small Business Saturday.

The opportunity came about after the owner of the shop Emma kindly allowed them to use the space, with signs being made by Wilf from Phoenix Signs.

"It is just the brilliant support of other people that has meant we have been able to get it together so quickly," Natasha told Nub News.

Natasha continued:

"We can't wait to have our own space, have a space for Your Voice. We are able to sell all the gorgeous items that have been donated to us. If people want to come and have a chat with us, then come along to the shop.

"We are going to open up at 10, we are hoping that people will see us here and our lovely windows.

"It is our first exciting step into retail, and I'm confident we will make a success of it. It is going to be wonderful."

Revealing to Nub News about the next steps after the pop-up, Natasha added:

"We are hoping to secure a property in town. We will be having a bigger place, but just for now, this is where we can be found. If anyone wants to find out more about donations you can contact us on the Facebook page or email."
