Emergency services descend on Lizard Point in search for missing person

Emergency services were involved a call-out in the early hours after reports of a missing person.

On Wednesday 3rd, Police, coastguard, and the air ambulance were tasked around 1am in the search.

Mullion and Porthoustock Coastguard were called to assist Devon and Cornwall Police, just before arriving on the scene the person was found by dog handlers.

The coastguard administered first aid before transferring them to Cornwall Air Ambulance.
