Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class

A gentle paced Vinyasa Flow suitable for all levels.

Bring your own mat and props if you have but I will have some there if needed.

The hall is next to St Michael's church. No parking directly at the hall but spaces available in the vicinity.
