How the Co-op is supporting Fairtrade Fortnight in Helston

The Co-op has been supporting Fairtrade for over 29 years and it's one of the ways they deliver their vision to Co-operate for a Fairer World. What you put in your basket can make positive changes to lives around the world.

Your local Mullion & Rosudgeon Member Pioneer Joanne Lewis has been helping promote and support Fairtrade Fortnight and has been at Mullion Primary school with 53 Key stage children talking everything Fairtrade & Climate change. Jo said: " Myself and Michael Trevaskis had a lovely visit with one of our local causes I asked how long the children would work for £1, and most said 15 minutes."

The Co-op supplied a nuber of items to help teach the studends about fairtrade products
